Thank you for shopping at Dentallynx International, dba Dental Hygienists Abroad (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 21 days; although it is usually faster than this.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
