How To Use For Cold Therapy:

1. Place the Arctic Flex gel pack in the freezer or refrigerator on a flat surface for at least two hours.

How to Use For Heat Therapy:

1. Place the gel pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate. Fold the pack in half to fit smaller microwaves if necessary.
